Great leaders knows that words are like tools and they use them wisely to add value to others 2. Great leaders honour and respect others. 3. Great leaders are humble. They don't overblow their worth. They keep their heads low. 4. Great leaders connect wonderfully well to people in order to influence them to God. They don't have selfish reasons when they connect with anyone. 5. Great leaders know how to put themselves under check and also how to help others control themselves. There cannot be a great leader except you are tutored by the greatest leader that ever lived.
