Leadership skills are skills we can consciously develop to help us fulfill our God given assignment. God wants us to attract men to him. Men cannot see God but they can see us, ambassadors of the kingdom of God. How do you plan to represent your master: 1. Give yourself to adding value to people's life. 2. Make up your mind to leave people better than you met them. Be kind to people. 3. Do not discuss the bad side of people, force yourself to see only the likable part of people. 4.forgive people before they offend you. Jesus prayed for peter before he denied Him. 5. Never you leave a person without telling him/her one of the stories written in the bible about Jesus christ. I see a new influential you, turning men to their maker. Please be the impact the world is waiting for.

Godly leaders are men who influence others to serve God by their lifestyle. No matter who you are, someone by your side is being influenced by your actions. So Christians are employed to be Godly in their leadership because a cloud of witnesses are learning from you. Godly leaders : Submit to God first,then they serve people Godly and great leaders prioritize building relationships with those they lead. They see people development as their greatest accomplishment. Great leaders move where they are celebrated and not merely tolerated. Are you a leader, develop yourself so that you can be the best possible you.

Attributes of great leaders

If you plan to be a great leader, it starts now, you begin by inculcating these attitudes into your lifestyle: 1. Great leaders knows that words are like tools and they use them wisely to add value to others 2. Great leaders honour and respect others. 3. Great leaders are humble. They don't overblow their worth. They keep their heads low. 4. Great leaders connect wonderfully well to people in order to influence them to God. They don't have selfish reasons when they connect with anyone. 5. Great leaders know how to put themselves under check and also how to help others control themselves. There cannot be a great leader except you are tutored by the greatest leader that ever lived. Your convictions as a leader

A conviction is a strong belief that so governs your decisions. Great leaders are people of great convictions. To impact your world you must have very strong convictions. In the scriptures, Joseph was able to say no to sexual pleasure because of his conviction. May God place you around people of great convictions that will help preserve yoiu unto his Coming. Who are the people you hang out with? You cannot be better than the group of people you call your friends. Daniel's convictions led him to disobedience to the King in Babylon. I like you to know that convictions are a strong inward compass and ethics and character result from your inward compass. You need to develop strong convictions if you want to excel in life. People who have no convictions flow with whatever comes their way. This kind of people can never becmo transformations leaders. (See my book on you are born to lead).
